Brentford residents invited to regeneration meeting

Brentford Voice, in collaboration with Hounslow Council, is hosting a public update event on Tuesday 24th February to discuss the various regeneration projects currently happening in the area.

The evening will focus on the most significant changes coming to the neighbourhood, with council officials and experts on hand to answer questions on:

• The Golden Mile Investment Framework: Addressing transport, housing, and the future of the industrial stretch.
• Brentford Town Centre: Focusing on waterside improvements, cycling routes, and the local evening economy.
• The Old Police Station: Updates on the much-anticipated proposals to convert the site into a new arts centre.
• Community Wellbeing: Discussing public spaces, safety, and local amenities.

The event takes place at Brentford Free Church, Boston Manor Road (TW8 8DW) from 6.15pm – 8.15pm. While the event is free to attend, booking is essential to manage capacity.

Organisers are also asking residents to submit their questions in advance by 18th February. This ensures that the most popular and pressing topics can be covered in detail by the panel on the night.
